Managing Your Account

Your ZAHN account is where all your settings, bubbles, and preferences live. You can update your name, phone number, profile photo, and notification options at any time from the Account tab in the app.

If you ever change devices, simply log in with the same phone number to pick up where you left off.


Deleting or Deactivating Your Account

If you no longer want to use ZAHN, you can request to delete your account directly in the app. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems after 30 days.

Your data, your decision. We'll be sad to see you go — but your control over your data always comes first.

Understanding Your Data

ZAHN uses your information to power the features you rely on — things like real-time location sharing with your Bubbles, geofence alerts for Spots, and safety notifications.

  • We never sell your data to third parties
  • We only process what's necessary to keep the app running smoothly
  • Your location data is shared only with people you've explicitly trusted

Exporting Your Data

If you'd like a copy of the information linked to your account, you can request a data export through our support team. We'll get it to you as quickly as we can.

Email us at info@zahnapp.com with the subject line Data Export Request and we'll take care of the rest.
