Managing your account

Your ZAHN account is where your settings, Bubbles and preferences live. You can update your name, phone number, profile photo and notification options at any time from the Account tab in the app.

If you change devices, just log in with the same phone number to pick up where you left off.

Deleting your account

If you no longer want to use ZAHN, you can request to delete your account directly in the app. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data are permanently removed from our systems after 30 days.

ZAHN uses your information to power the features you rely on, like real-time location sharing with your Bubbles, arrival alerts for Spots and safety notifications.
