Location data, including precise foreground and background location data, when you explicitly grant permission. Location data is used solely to enable core safety features such as live location sharing, Saved Spots, check-ins, and other safety-related functionality. You can pause or disable location sharing at any time using the Ghosting feature or your device settings.
Usage and diagnostic data such as app interactions, feature usage, crash reports, and performance metrics
Device information including device type, operating system version, app version, and language settings
c. Information from Third-Party Service Providers
We receive limited technical data from trusted third-party service providers that support the operation of the Service, such as authentication services, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics and crash-reporting tools, and notification delivery services.

With your direction, when you choose to share your live location, check-in status, or Saved Spots with selected contacts through the app.

6. Location Data and User Controls
Location data is central to how ZAHN works and is handled with particular care.
Location data is collected only with your explicit permission
You may choose between foreground and background location access
You can pause live location sharing at any time using the Ghosting feature
You can remove Saved Spots and stop sharing check-ins at any time
You can revoke location permissions through your device settings
Location data is used solely to provide safety, navigation, and user-initiated sharing features within the app. Location data is never used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or sale to third parties.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal limitations
Restrict or object to certain processing activities
Withdraw consent for location sharing or other permissions at any time
You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us. When an account is deleted, live location sharing immediately stops and personal data is scheduled for deletion in accordance with our retention practices.
